Aiden Ford

Aiden joined JLR 13 years ago, after 3 years at Unipart Logistics. He has been responsible for Customer Service Operations, and operated as Head of Material Planning and Fulfilment from 2022-2024. He is now heading up the Parts Product Management & Lifecycle Planning function, which includes Campaign Management and leading the Portfolio Management Office for Supply Chain. This current role works upstream on future vehicle programmes with Engineering and Procurement, authoring and publishing of parts master data including the electronic parts catalogue, new part introduction forecasting and deployment, material planning for launch, running change management and lifecycle management for end of service life. Challenges in this role include the pace of technology change, and the ever-evolving world of compliance, which is critical to ensuring clients receive the services they require. Aiden is a collaborative leader, and gains results through working together, sharing problems, and sharing success.
