Israfil Beker

General Manager - E-Tech Aftersales Supply Chain Groupe Renault

Israfil oversees the development of aftersales supply chain and support services for Renault Group's EV batteries globally. His goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, product quality, and cost efficiency. He has an annual budget of €2m dedicated to enhancing battery connectivity and updating the company’s ERP systems to meet battery requirements. With his team, Israfil is currently working on a reconditioned battery initiative, which involves repairing defective batteries from customers and offering them at competitive prices with varying health grades. This project supports the circular economy through reverse logistics, with dealers and repair centers serving as both customers and suppliers. Since starting the project, 40% of the company’s battery sales are now reconditioned, global lead time has been reduced by 50%, and warehousing and inventory costs have decreased by 40%.
