Roland is responsible for the supply chain, production, quality and HR with full P&L responsibility. His team is prioritising investments in e-turbos, fuel cells, H2 motors, autonomous driving and heat pumps. He is currently leading a project to set up a stable international footprint to support customers worldwide.
